Inauguration of Value Added Course on Indian Knowledge System – A Step Towards Vedic Wisdom-Inspired Learning.
The 42-day Value Added Course on Indian Knowledge System (IKS) was inaugurated at Dewan VS Group of Institutions (DVSGI) on 4th November 2025, under the esteemed guidance of Mr. Vivek Dewan (Chairman), Col. (Dr.) Naresh Goyal (Executive Director), and Dr. Shruti Arora (Group Advisor).
The event began with the lamp lighting ceremony led by Col. (Dr.) Naresh Goyal, Dr. Munendra Kumar (Course Director), Dr. Shashank Mishra (Course Director), and Dr. Shweta Sharma (Course Director).
Prof. (Dr.) Shashi Tiwari, President Awardee and Former Professor, Maitreyi College, University of Delhi, delivered an inspiring lecture on “Vedic Knowledge and Efficient Leadership.” She beautifully connected ancient Indian wisdom with modern educational and leadership practices.
In his address, Col. (Dr.) Naresh Goyal emphasized that the Indian Knowledge System is a living and value-based framework that continues to guide education and leadership even today.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members and students, making it a successful and intellectually enriching beginning to this 42-day journey of learning and self-growth.
